Silbermann Freshwater Mineral Salt resembles the mineral composition of the body fluid of fish.
Fish have a higher concentration of minerals in their body fluid than in the water surrounding them. This is especially true for fish in aquariums with soft water.
Water constantly enters the fish through osmosis. This penetrating water must then be excreted again via the gills and kidneys and, associated with this, vital minerals and trace elements are also excreted. This loss of minerals and trace elements is compensated again with our mineral salt.
Further advantages:
- thread algae growth can be reduced
- vitalizing and increases coloration
- better feed conversion
- strengthens the resistance of the mucous membrane against bacteria and parasites
- prevents diseases
- can heal minor external injuries
- helps with treatments
- bacterial infections, fungal infections and pitting can heal faster or do not occur in the first place
- Piscinoodinium pillulare (oodinium/velvet disease) is successfully treated
To a medication application in the aquarium, the salt content should be increased at the same time by addition of our mineral salt "GUPPY".
Is zeolite in the aquarium?
